Client Onboarding & Engagement Desk

Collect the minimum data, run the UK verification checks from public registers (including the D-U-N-S report), build the Scope of Work and price from the catalogue, and assemble the Master Consulting Services Agreement + SOW ready for signature. If the client insists on their own paper, screen it against our base and see what the differences should cost. Everything saves in this browser; nothing is transmitted anywhere.

1 · Client details — the minimum set

Three fields unlock almost everything (legal name, company number, contact) — the rest of the record is on the public registers. The optional fields sharpen the checks.

Why so little? A paying client's legal name + CRN unlocks Companies House (status, accounts, officers, charges, insolvency), the disqualified-directors register and the charges register. Email domain + website unlock the digital-footprint checks. Bank details are only needed at first invoice — verified then by Confirmation of Payee.

2 · Verification desk — public-register checks

Links are pre-filled from the details entered. Work top to bottom; mark each check, note anything odd. This is a structured first-pass screen of public sources — not regulated AML advice, and no data leaves this page.

✋ Verification sign-off — a named human decision

3 · Scope of Work & price

Select from the catalogue — each line says what's included, and the price is yours to set (pre-filled from the list, exclusive of VAT). The discount is yours to award, and it should buy something: better payment terms, a reference, a case study.

4 · Master Agreement + Statement of Work

The solicitor-reviewed Master Consulting Services Agreement with Schedule 1 completed from this desk. Review, then print/export to PDF for signature (DocuSign wiring to follow).

5 · Client-paper screen — their contract vs our base

Paste the client's contract text (or load a .txt file — for Word documents, save-as .txt first). The desk screens it against our 15 base clauses and lists the differences to consider in price. This is a first-pass screen to prepare the negotiation — not legal review; negotiated terms go to the solicitor.
