Procurement data triage

Fourteen source-to-pay data objects, five questions each. The score says whether an agent may clean the object, may only propose, or must leave it to a named human. No clean data, no autonomy: this is the data section of your Line.

Score each question 0 to 2. Source of truth: 2 if a registry or the system itself can verify it. Moves money: 0 if a change commits the firm or moves cash. Reversible: 2 if a wrong change is cheap to undo. Hands: 2 if many people touch it routinely. Convention: 2 if a signed taxonomy or naming convention exists. Totals: 8 to 10 the agent cleans; 4 to 7 the agent proposes and a steward signs; 0 to 3 human only. Defaults are a typical global function's reading; move them to match yours. Nothing leaves the browser.

Placement

Bank details and payment release are fixed at human only whatever the score; the sliders for those rows are shown for transparency but the placement does not move. An object whose change moves money (Moves money scored 0) can be proposed by an agent but never cleaned by one, whatever its total.
