StoryC Ltd (company no. 17293375, "the Consultancy") and your organisation ("the Client"), represented by the person accepting below.
An adoption-led AI programme across the Client's business: (1) the AI Augmentation Profiler™ for every participating team member, free of charge; (2) an insight-collection tool built and hosted for the Client, included; (3) three forty-five-minute diagnostic interviews, one per Head of Department, concluding with a board readout, included; and thereafter a Plan to Value, priced and agreed at the board readout.
Diagnostic interviews: £1,140 (3 × £380.00). All fees exclusive of VAT, invoiced on acceptance, payable 14 days. Nothing beyond these fees is committed before the board readout.
Methods, instruments and the AI Augmentation Line™ remain the Consultancy's intellectual property, licensed for the Client's internal use; everything built on the Client's data belongs to the Client. Mutual confidentiality applies from first exchange, and Client data never trains anyone's model. Profiler results remain personal to each team member. Either party may end the engagement at any point before the board readout, paying only for interviews already delivered. The Consultancy's standard MSA governs; a countersigned copy of this letter follows by email.
