Thirty-five years across CFO, CPO and CMO transformation, with one habit: walk in, look at the numbers, set the goal the room says never happens, and stake the bonus on it. Systems credited with £1bn of client savings in a single year. The stories of where those billions actually came from are told, with the clients deliberately unnamed, in the Billion Bucks stories.
The same eye that found ninety centimetres in a mining cycle now draws the Augmentation Line™: where AI acts in a process, and where a named human signs. The method was practised before it was productised, which is why every instrument on this site shows you its own Line.
Two lines run through the work. The corporate line is AI-Augmented Consulting™: the scans, the Line tools, the Validated Line, the Meeting Coach, the Consulting School and the licences. What we have built.
One outcome, in one line
Mining, operations: one question about a ninety-centimetre cycle, and a billion came out of the cost base.
Story One from the journals. Drilling a metre, blasting a metre and supporting a metre of roof to recover a seam a fraction of that size, until someone asked whether the process itself was right. Client unnamed by design; the second story, pharmaceuticals, is next.
