The Meeting Coach · Outlook button
The button reads the meeting invite you have open, title, who is invited and the agenda, and opens your Coach with the brief ready. It is a small add-in made of two files on this site. There is no server, no account, and nothing is sent to StoryC. Five minutes to add, once.
https://storycltd.co.uk/coach/outlook/manifest.xmlIf your organisation's IT has switched off custom add-ins, send them the section below. Nothing else is needed; the Coach itself works without the button.
https://storycltd.co.uk/coach/outlook/manifest.xml.What it does: reads the open appointment with Office.js permission ReadItem, builds a short text (title, time, attendees, agenda) and opens storycltd.co.uk/coach/ in the browser with that text in the address. The Coach page runs in the browser and stores everything on the device. Domains used: storycltd.co.uk and appsforoffice.microsoft.com (Microsoft's own Office.js library). No cookies, no tracking, no data to StoryC.
Google Calendar: open the event, click the three dots, Download .ics, and open the file with the Coach (or use Upload the invite). On a computer where the Coach is installed as an app, double-clicking an .ics file opens it in the Coach. A Google Calendar button is on the roadmap.
